RUGBC conference – French embassy of Moscow
Embassy of France, Moscow, Russia – September 29, 2016 PHOSPHORIS with RUGBC and the support of the French Embassy in Russia organized the presentation of HQE (High Environmental Quality) certification in Russia.
Stanislas HENRION, Consultant in Transport, Industry and Sustainable Development of the Regional Economic department of the French Embassy, opened the event with a welcome speech in which he stressed that sustainable development is the implementation of COP 21 basic protocol.
Andrei BELUTCHENKO, Director of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Ministry of Construction and Urban Services in Russia, in his speech noted that the Ministry encourages the exchange of innovative solutions and the regulation on energy efficiency in the Franco-Russian working group “Urban construction, housing, services and development”. He recalled that the Ministry has developed the Energy Efficiency Roadmap which aims to reduce energy losses by 25% for 2025.
Alexander NEKRASSOV, Executive Director of the Union of Enterprises for Energy Efficiency and Ecology U4E, which brings together the major French companies on the Russian market, presented U4’s activities and initiatives in this field.
Cosmin COTORA from CERWAY presented the principles of HQE certification which include construction performance as well as comfort of life.
Eric AUBSPIN, President of PHOSPHORIS, presented innovative architectural and engineering solutions that reduce energy consumption and achieve the right level of performance for HQE certification.
Blin TRINCAL, Associate Architect, Project Director – Jean-Paul Viguier and Associates Agency, Benoît SELLES of SETEC and Cosmin COTORA have described the experiences of implementing HQE principles and sustainable development in projects already achieved and certified or being developed by implementing the HQE requirements for commercial and residential buildings..
Tecsom – French manufacturer from Ardennes – which respects the environment using recycled and recyclable natural materials, was the event sponsor.
