The PHOSPHORIS A. GARNIER Design Office will participate in the Reims Aqualudic Complex project
Located on a former brownfield of 7 hectares, the future equipment will make up for the closure of the old aquatic center (due to obsolescence and safety problems). The new multi-activity center, which will open in 2022, will include both an Olympic-size swimming pool, which will host competitions including international competitions, and an ice rink with an indoor gliding area and a footpath.
For Optimal Solutions, which will carry out the work of the HVAC part, the Design Office PHOSPHORIS A. GARNIER did:
- The design and implementation studies of the Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning and Smoke Control systems of the swimming pool/ ice rink.
- All the building plans in BIM format (3D model).
